Return Process

  Log into your Xteink account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to prevent restocking fees.

  Ship to Xteink

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
